Rooms were unique and the staff were delightful. A bagged breakfast, with eggs, coffee, bacon, hot waffles and pastries, it was exceptionally good.

Good prices, continental breakfast included. Besides, an ed Smith stadium is 15 minutes' drive away...

Nice place for exploring Sarasota.

A perfect place for exploring Sarasota. King room had a heating system, a sitting area and ironing facilities, everything worked for us. In addition, free Wi-Fi was provided.

The hotel needs repairs.

It met what was needed and we will be back. It's a great base for a couple of nights. Hotel was very clean. We loved our coffee with goodies at cafe in the park...

Had good sleep at the double room. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. It was worth its 2 stars.

Well, no water pressure.

Wanted to explore Sarasota and this hotel was great place for doing it. We appreciated the big room, plus the balcony in it.

Customer service was extremely handy. We really enjoyed the bed, which was spacious. All in all a relaxing experience.

Good 3-star experience. An easy walk to Payne Park. Obviously we enjoyed the GREAT location.

within walking distance the restaurant miss saigon. a patio is why we chose it. it was decidedly a lovely base for budget traveler.
